Exciting Updates: What’s New with Our WDN and WDN Action Boards

We’re thrilled to announce exciting updates to our WDN and WDN Action Boards! Alexandra Acker-Lyons, Jenifer Fernandez Ancona, Barbara Ransby, and Devon Ysaguirre are joining as new board members. We also have new board leadership with returning board member Cynthia Beard stepping into the role of WDN Action Board Chair.
Our new board members bring a wealth of expertise, including deep historical and academic insight; strategic leadership in philanthropy and equity-focused systems design; innovative narrative development for community and electoral impact; and decades of experience in political strategy, donor advising, and civic engagement at the intersection of nonprofit and electoral politics.
Here’s a quick snapshot of some of what they hope to accomplish during their tenure:
