Vice President of People & Culture

Brandi Nicole Johnson is the Vice President of People and Culture at WDN Action where she and her team lead our talent acquisition, talent management, people operations, employee relations, and total rewards functions.

Prior to joining WDN, Brandi was the Global Head of Learning and Development at DoorDash where she spent three years helping DoorDash IPO and building DoorDash University from scratch. Prior to joining the technology sector in 2018, Brandi climbed the ultimate career ladder in the nonprofit sector. She went from Intern to Executive Director in less than a decade and all before the age of 30.

Brandi has a Master of Science Degree in Management and Leadership and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Communication Studies.
