Lisa Allyn Hardy (she/her)

Accounting & Grants Manager

Lisa has been on the WDN Action team since its inception. In her Accounting & Grants Manager role, she oversees donor gifts, grant administration, and various financial projects, collaborating closely with the Community & Development team and the Programs team to ensure the organization's success. Before WDN Action, Lisa held positions in the reproductive health field, including Center Manager at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte Sunnyvale and New Generation Health Center at University of California, San Francisco, as well as Family Planning Manager at Bay Area Community Health in Fremont, CA. She is a passionate advocate for accessible and affordable reproductive healthcare and education for all. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley.

In 2021, Lisa returned to rural Central Pennsylvania with her two children, where she spent her childhood. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter, walking her dog, and swimming and kayaking in the summer.
